A water leak on your central Heating or Hot and Cold supply can cause a lot of damage if left unresolved.
Essex Heating Services have the expertise to Trace and repair the leak. Depending on the nature of the leak, this can involve the lifting of floor boards or the removal of plasterboard to gain access and carry out repairs. After the repair has been tested, our team will make arrangements for the fabric of the building to be put back.
We undertake all insurance work. In this case you should contact your insurance company in the first instance and get their authorization for us to attend.
If you smell gas you should turn the Gas Supply Off from the gas meter. You should open your windows and doors to ventilate the property. Do not turn on any electrical appliances or light switches.
